Most projects vary in size and budget and therefore a free consultation is needed to provide a pricing estimate. For Personal Home, AIRBNB & Rentals, and Renovations, the pricing is divided into two parts- the Design Fee and Cost of Goods. The Design Fee is simply 30% of the total cost of goods for Ochre & Rye’s time spent designing, purchasing, labor, cleanup, etc. We look forward to making your design dreams come to fruition.
